Our beautiful high energy space in the luxurious Mt Eliza Village is ready for your business to move in and thrive! We are in a high visibility corner arcade position, with options for you to have street signage on your own retail window. Our neighbours are Allied Health, busy high end restaurants and cafe's, Hairdressers and Interior Design. The locals are curious and friendly and often wander in to enquire "what's going on in here?". Our luxurious, soft space causes people to feel immediately at home in our shared reception - and we know you will love the vibe and the extra love our office cavoodle, Clara, brings every day.

This beautiful room is currenlty home to Sonia, who is our resident medium, healer, coach and all things "balanceyou". Sonia and her cavoodle Clara aim to create a shared space where focused and purpose driven businesses can support each others growth whilst enjoying the stunning Mt Eliza surrounds. The reception is common space, and will be set up for BalanceYou Clientele, whilst your clients will see a beautiful door sign with your logo (supplied by us) to assure them that they are in your space, and in the right place.

This room is acoustically lined and there is plenty of space for clients to lounge with you and for you to feel right at home. Includes all utilities, insurances, internet, shared reception and kitchenette with fridge microwave and filtered hot and cold water. A huge bonus is the retail window to the arcade, with your own signage options to be displayed - truly as if it is your own space.

a generous healing space perfect for massage, consulting or aestheticians. Enjoy your own fireplace, airconditioning and access to kitchenette and running water. The high end soft furniture brings depth and colour for immediate cozy ambience. This room is acoustically lined adn there is plenty of space for clients to hang coats, place bags and shoes, and for your towells or materials to feel right at home in the nook shelving. Includes all utilities, insurances, internet, shared reception and kitchenette with fridge microwave and filtered hot and cold water. Currently available 6 days per week from
$120 per day, 3 day minimum committment
