Level One Accreditation: Personal Harmony Coach

Coaching at the deeper level of belief, and addressing the context of people's current level of satisfaction and growth in life opens up coaching conversations with impact, insight and truly makes a difference.

This is for you if you are:

• Practicing in a business which is based on creating positive change and would like to add coaching to your services (eg. yoga, personal trainer, chiropractor, alternative health practitioner, therapist, educator)
• Seeking a career change into coaching, and have never coached before but have a desire to do work that provokes personal change and transitions
• A coach looking for an approach that takes your clients into even deeper and more meaningful conversations with people
• planning to build a deep spiritual practice which incorporates coaching and group coaching as a part of your approach

 After two days of training, you will be ready to develop or extend your business.

As your business grows, you may choose to additionally add the Personal Harmony Level 2 , the Personal Harmony Groups program, and the Organisational Harmony Team culture programs. Each of these builds on a foundation of meaning and values.  Together they provide you with a total system of group coaching and one on one coaching.  You do not need to be an experienced coach to get results with this process, it just works.  

 We include in this accreditation:

• How to debrief and understand the level one questionnaire  which reveals peoples values gaps and how to resolve them. This can be done with a client in a single sitting, or worked across 12 sessions for an indepth program. 
• You will receive a step-by-step coaching manual   which helps you to dig deeper into the results, and bring your clients to an understanding of themselves, and their next actions 
• Additionally, for each report, the coach receives the background data showing you where to focus first to gain maximum impact. "Incorrect" client questionnaire responses which cross-reference to your coaching manual. This provides step-by-step coaching sessions to action values change.

How does the tool create change? 

Most clients don’t understand the long term cost of their choices and actions, and what can be. This tool identifies the cost of inaction, the impact of closing each values gap, and gives a measure to see how the change effects overall growth. Once people see how much can change for them, then real progress starts.   This will greatly extend the number of meaningful coaching sessions you provide and their value for your coaching clients.

How the Personal Harmony Questionnaire and Coaching system works:

Once your clients complete each 15-minute questionnaire, you instantly receive a coaching roadmap to target their values gaps (with summaries, graphs and percentage results). This evaluation explains exactly how to resolve their values gaps. 

Progress can be re-measured over a 6-12 month period to review and reinforce positive change and growth, to celebrate the gains made and to inspire more

• Access to online portal allowing you to self serve and in real time order and then download client results
